Review on Harbinger by Nick Morales

I recently bought something from Harbinger's online store in the hopes of finding premium workout gear to improve my fitness regimen. Unfortunately, I had a less than positive experience with the shop. The product descriptions were vague and uninformative, and the website was challenging to navigate. In comparison to other fitness stores I've shopped at, it was difficult to find the products I was looking for and there wasn't as wide a range. When I did decide to buy something, I was dismayed to learn that the products' quality was lacking. I spent too much money on a shoddy weightlifting belt that couldn't sustain me during strenuous lifts. The uncomfortable and improperly fitting gloves and straps made working out harder and less effective. To make matters worse, the customer assistance was unresponsive and useless. I tried to return the things, but it was a difficult procedure, and it took weeks before I got my money back. I was quite disappointed in Harbinger's online store overall. This is not a store I will be returning to because of the lack of high-quality merchandise, the subpar customer service, and the difficult return procedure.
