The best thing about Amazetal is that it allows me to manage my entire recruitment process with ease. I am able to easily access all of my candidates and their information from one place. I also love how easy it is to create new templates for different types of roles. I dislike how there are so many options to choose from when creating your own templates. There are too many choices which can be overwhelming at times. It would be great if you could have some sort of training before using the software. This will help you understand what each option does and how to use them properly. Managing the whole recruitment process has become much easier thanks to Amazetal.
