Review on CloudRail by Andrew Kay

The support team is great, they are willing to help you through every step in setting up your app with their platform as long it's within there service offering! I've had no problems thus far but am hopeful that this will stay true once we start using some more customizations/features from 3rd party services such integration via Zapier or other means (if applicable). It took us about 2 weeks for our developers time + another week just getting everything set-up properly between them & ourselves before being able to use all features available so be patient if planning ahead would have saved any stress during setup process :) Integrations wtih third parties like Zendesk could save hours off development work which was awesome when trying integrate those systems into an existing application without needing too much customization - especially helpful considering how many new integrators were coming out each day at one point :D.
