I probably should have measured this better, but it doesn't hold a standard tea towel very well. It also comes with an adhesive that you need to use to hang it on the wall without any other installation method. This is probably the worst glue I've ever used. I held the stand against the wall for 10 minutes but as soon as I let go the stand started sliding along the wall. I don't know how long I have to stand there and hold it, but even after taking it off the wall for 30 minutes the glue still hasn't dried. Drilling 2 small holes in it so you can alternatively screw it to the wall can solve this problem.
