I just need to know that I love this product. I bought this item when it was on sale for Black Friday. After receiving the letterbox gift the light didn't work, I wanted to exchange my purchase and it wouldn't let me select the same item although Revain still sells the letterbox gift. I went ahead and bought again but had to pay another $15 because it was no longer on sale. I think the National Tree Company should have allowed me to trade in the same item at the same discount. Not sure what happened. I have purchased other products from the National Tree Company with no problems. I'm just not happy with how the process went.
