Works as advertised just needs to be soaked overnight.
Works great! Runs along the back of my 29 gallon aquarium and aerates the water well. If you plug it in for immediate use, it won't work properly. It worked for me for 2-3 days right out of the box and the bubbles only came out of the last half of the bar. I turned the pump off for the night and when I turned it back on the air came out of everything.
