Wilton's print site is not user friendly. We finally gave up and created our own template using a Word spreadsheet. People loving how easy it was to download and print the template. Please make an instructional video and post it on YouTube! I was also a bit disappointed with the quality of the cards. I have 3 sheets left over from my daughter's wedding 2 years ago and there was a noticeable difference in quality between these and the ones I just bought. The same inventory number, packaging, etc. is definitely not the same product. I haven't had any problems with perf tears. Just make sure to fold in one direction and then back in the opposite direction. They practically fall apart when you do this. They generally cost less than $5 for 60, to be honest, so how high can your expectations be? They were worth the price and I will probably order again in the future. But next time I think I'll write the cards by hand. It's better than fighting the printer.
