easy to install good for me

The card easy to install , was very happy with it , working perfectly , but after 30 days they started charging me every month for $5 , they take money automatically from my account , I'm so tired to file disputes every month and don't want to change my credit card number to block them . probably I should.

Pros
  • Convenient pay-as-you-go plan
Cons
  • Limited customer care hours

Great to use to port out OOMA phone number

great customer support. I was able to port out my ooma phone number. Ooma account number is 1 plus your 10 digits number. Pin is 0000. For Verizon landline, the pin is 0000. Verizon bill has the account number for the port in. To port out of speedtalk(to google voice), you have to create a online request first. Then call their support to get the speedtalk account number, pin, and zipcode. They would need a screenshot of your Revain order of the speedtalk sim card purchase info. To port out…

Pros
  • No credit check required
Cons
  • The service is not available for all smartphones

AVOID SPEEDTALK! THEY WANT TOO MUCH PERSONAL INFO!

This card is very difficult to activate online. I don't know about calling it in but going through the activation process online was an arduous, glitchy task and the SpeedTalk Store website was not very clear, with additional and often convoluted instructions popping up over top of the forms you are attempting to fill out. No exaggeration, it took me FIVE ATTEMPTS before all my information got processed. If it wasn't one thing it was another, including having to have a PIN password sent to my…

Pros
  • Exceptionally low-priced, perfect for those on a budget
Cons
  • SIM card can be easily damaged

SpeedTalk wireless in my review

The Sim card allows the teenager to have a smarthphone at a less expensive to their parents, allow them to call in an emergency.

Pros
  • AFFORDABLE PREPAID: Cellular service for just $5 dollars? You read that correctly, we offer the lowest, most affordable, plan & rates! Plan includes 100 Talk, 100 Texts, and 100MB data. If you go beyond that, no worries, with your PREPAID Plan you can choose to auto renew with the same plan when all of the allotted credits are consumed. NO CONTRACTS, NO CREDIT CHECKS and NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
Cons
  • Poor customer service

Impossible Support in my review

On trying to activate, it required it required all personal Info including call back phone number AND credit card. for a pre-paid sim chip? I supplied all that, submitted, and received message that chip couldn't be activated Called support number, after 30 min on hold, person with almost impossible to understand accent, said he couldn't help with errors to use contact link at bottom of page (which didn't exist). Called back another wait, got someone I could almost understand same conversation…

Pros
  • No hidden fees for international calling or roaming
Cons
  • The SIM card is easily damaged

Don’t waste your money!

We got these SIM cards to use in our two children’s smart watches. We tried everything to get them to work. We tried in different areas, times, and even rebooted the watches several times to try to get them to work. This was over a few months. I have contacted SpeedTalkMobile to ask for help and/or receive a partial refund since we haven’t been able to use them successfully. All I receive in return is that we should have contacted them within 14 days. Yes, we could have, but we are also patient

Pros
  • EASY ACTIVATION: We have made account access, easy, and all online. SIMPLE ACTIVATION in three easy steps. 1. Activate your sim card online 2. Install the sim card in your phone. 3. You are ready to start using your plan! You can download the app to monitor your activity
Cons
  • Hidden fees and charges

Good price and service with reliable network

I'm happy to say it that Speedtalk it's working great!.The price is very good , setting it up is a piece of cake. All goodThis is exactly what I’m looking for in mobile data plans.!

Pros
  • Easy to set up. Works perfectly.
Cons
  • Only 100 talk minutes

Revainrating 1 out of 5

scam to get your credit card

You cannot use this sim card without giving the company your credit card number. Supposedly this is to cover the cost if you go over the allowed minutes. That's nonsense, just turn off service once you reach the limit. I'm not giving my credit card number to some little company that I already don't trust. Customer service put me on hold and eventually just ended call.

Pros
  • Great for back up phone and service!
Cons
  • No unlimited plans available

Value for Money: my feedback

This is the second time I bought this SIM card. So I knew data is extremely slow (65 kbps), but for SMS and phone calls, it's a great value. Both times (this year and last year) data didn't connect automatically so I had to contact the customer service (by email last year and by chat this year) and the issue was resolved right away. Those who complain about the auto renewal, it can be removed at checkout. I've never had an issue with a CC charge (they don't charge you without authorization).

Pros
  • Compatible with both iOS and Android devices
Cons
  • The talk minutes are limited

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They will try and charge you monthly payments.

The card worked fine but they try charging my credit card 5 dollars a month for services I did not order. I only needed the card to check to see if my phone was unlocked.worked great for that. I tried to contact them.its a joke.

Pros
  • No hidden fees or charges
Cons
  • The customer care is not helpful

GREAT VALUE! in my review

I purchased TWO of these SpeedTalk Sim cards for my daughter's (ages 6 &7) watches that has a 'call/text' feature. I paid $5 / each and they both have 100 minutes of talk, SMS, & 100MG data! The sim cards came with easy install instructions and it has 3 different sizes to fit your device! You can punch out the size you need! You can even port an existing # or get a new one! THIS SIM IS PERFECT !

Pros
  • KEEP YOUR PHONE NUMBER: Stay in touch with your existing contacts without a big monthly bill. We offer the option to keep your existing phone number or get a new one at no extra charge.
Cons
  • No customer service support

Inexpensive phone plan

This seems to be working so far. Easy to install and set up. I discontinued my house phone service and wanted a back up to my regular cell phone that wasn’t expensive. I used an older Nokia phone for this SIM card. You can easily go over the # of min and data on this, but I’m using it only for backup. So far so good.

Pros
  • Automatic recharge options available
Cons
  • There is no unlimited data plan

Good inexpensive wireless watch line

I ordered this SIM card and wireless service for my son's new smart watch. Our current carrier didn't support his device, and this was the least expensive service I could find. The basic plan starts off with 100 minutes, 100 sms messages, and 100mb of data per month for $5. The service is good. My son has been able to call us from everywhere. The only draw back is that I can't log into the mobile app, or their site, but I am able to check his usage via a link in the activation email they sent me,

Pros
  • Es muy fácil activar el sim visitando la página oficial de activatespeedtalk.com
Cons
  • Unpredictable data speeds

TOTAL SCAM - No Support

TOTAL AND COMPLETE JUNK: I activated a sim card and did received an email with the number. I have the SIM card inserted in the device and have checked the position twice. It has been overnight and the device is not recognizing the card as active. It might need to be reprovisioned. There are bars showing but with a redline/circle through them.I tried to contact Speedtalk Mobile on their website using the "Contact Us" support form which does not work. It keeps giving me the error "No valid sum…

Pros
  • Perfect for backup phones or emergency use
Cons
  • The service frequently drops calls

Really Easy and Inexpensive

I wanted to see if my old iPhone 8 would still work. I wanted an easy and inexpensive way to use the phone for a month at minimum cost. The SpeedTalk Mobile $5 SIM card was easy to buy from Revain, easy to activate, and easy to use . all for just $5!

Pros
  • Decent coverage which is unusual for our very rural area. Worth the money.
Cons
  • Inadequate for frequent travelers

Card did not work.: my feedback

We ordered the card for a smart watch for children. We couldn't get the card to allow phone calls. It only allowed texts. When I call the tech support, they couldn't help, saying it should work. they didn't understand why it wasn't working.

Pros
  • SIM Cards & Prepaid Minutes
Cons
  • Difficult to cancel the service

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The coverage map they showed is incorrect.

I checked the coverage map on their website for my home address and bought the card and activated it for a month. Now I find out that there is decent lte data coverage but very poor phone connectivity. Also, it runs on T-Mobile network which was not clearly mentioned on their site. Only good thing I only lost $7 on it.

Pros
  • Reliable network connectivity
Cons
  • The network coverage is poor

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Speedtalk needs to improve the activation process

Bad area coverage for activation, sometimes the SIM cards cannot be activated, the customer service sucks. Yet the tech department can fix the problem in minutes.

Pros
  • Works with any unlocked smartphone
Cons
  • The data usage gets exhausted quickly
