We got these SIM cards to use in our two children’s smart watches. We tried everything to get them to work. We tried in different areas, times, and even rebooted the watches several times to try to get them to work. This was over a few months. I have contacted SpeedTalkMobile to ask for help and/or receive a partial refund since we haven’t been able to use them successfully. All I receive in return is that we should have contacted them within 14 days. Yes, we could have, but we are also patient consumers and tend to try to troubleshoot ourselves versus hassling a company sooner. I wish I had let them know sooner. They won’t even reimburse me for the month that was just charged and we are only two days in! Horrible customer service and horrible product. Don’t waste your money!
