Review on Stay Cool Anywhere with MerLerner Portable Cooling 360°Rotation Powered by Aaron Kindler

I was expecting a lot from this price range but this fan doesn't seem to be balanced or anything. Sometimes it starts rattling, which is reflected on my table. I can turn it on and it may stop for a while but it tends to come back. I wear it over a sock so my desk doesn't amplify the noise, but the fan is still pretty loud when it starts rattling. I'm tired of having every little thing moved in it that gets lost. However, it still works even if it makes noise. It pushes out a lot of air. So if noise isn't an issue, it's something to consider. I'll probably replace it soon. This time I leave the box!
