I was very happy with this arrival so I could put it on my bike and use my phone for music and GPS. I took it out of the box, stuck a sticker, plugged the phone in and found it was useless. The upper right holster is flat rather than skewed. So the corners of my phone only fit in two holsters at best, with the third holster just touching it and the oddly angled holster not even touching it. although the box inside the envelope was fine) but it looks like it was made that way and passed quality control. Now I have to make the effort to get her back. Very disappointed. Update: There is a receipt from the manufacturer with the email address listed in the package and it says if you are not satisfied email them and they will reply within 12 hours. More than 24 hours have passed with no response. 12 hours is a pretty small window of opportunity, but don't advertise a 12-hour response if you can't. I'll take it to the UPS store tomorrow.
