Intuitive and feature rich solution - worth every penny
Easy to use, user friendly interface with all required features for small businesses like ours (B2C). Customer service is excellent as well even though we are not dealing directly with them but via our software provider. The only thing I found was that it's quite expensive when compared to other similar products in market at this time of writing. We were able to integrate most if not everything from Salesforce into one platform which had been previously difficult to do so without using multiple applications or custom development workarounds.
