Did you buy this fan as a replacement? Update for the air vent on our toy dump truck. What I liked about this block was that it was 3-ply and reversible. There are several problems. First, Hike Crew gets a 100% "F" for customer service. I called their customer service number several times and got voicemail each time. I left messages but I didn't get any reply from them. I also emailed them several times and the response was the same. No Answer. Fan. It would be easy to install, but the inner fairing bezel is too narrow for my setup. The decorative frame is only 3 inches wide, and I need 6. Well, if I made a mistake when ordering, it's not Hike Crew's fault, it's my fault. I first tried contacting Hike Crew to see if I could purchase a decorative frame from them that would suit me. As mentioned above, I was not able to contact them in any way. fan speed? Difficult to distinguish between fan speeds. Speed 1 seems as fast as speed 3. It's very quiet. Because the fan speed is very low. I bought for the features, especially the forward and reverse modes. To work as advertised I will be returning it to the manufacturer and buying from another company. Save yourself the headache. Stay away from this manufacturer. Questionable product, absolutely terrible customer service.
