After trying for a long time to find an alternative to down, I finally settled on this one. Decided it was worth a try. Here's what I think after using it for a while: Pros: It's soft and light. I chose black and it's a pretty rich black. It's not too hot like some say; In fact, I get incredibly warm, and even I have to have a second blanket over that (Midwest winter) to really keep me warm at night. Cons: It can be too light; it is more suitable for autumn/spring/summer. This is a type of material that CATCHES pet hair and holds it to the duvet. Finally, the size here is not ideal. I have a king bed and a large California duvet that barely covers the bed. He's just a little small. It's not bad for the money, but I might look elsewhere if I had to repeat it.
