Poor quality and workmanship
It just has so many flaws. The spring clasp is loose and needs fiddling with all the time - the rose gold plating on the chain is already wearing off and I've had this for less than a month, mind you I had the same band for my old Fitbit and never had a problem with it (different brand and supplier). I also have one for my Apple Watch which was purchased at the same time but a different brand and carrier and it behaves as expected. waste of money.
