They fit well, you can take a size up.
They fit even better than I expected! I'm 5ft 0" and 170lbs and I ordered XXL and they fit great! I LOVE the pockets, they are very large so my entire phone fits comfortably. I haven't worn them to workout but they are very comfortable for lounging and don't go up much. I just wish they were in plain black/other solid color and also in crazy patterns.
