The bulb that comes with this mirror does not have enough luminous flux for efficient use. I bought a Kakanuo E12 2.5w warm white 3000k 25w led bulb which added about 25% brightness but still didn't quite match it. There is no heating problem like an incandescent lamp with LED. Replacing light bulbs is very easy. Mirrors are simply reflective sheets glued to translucent plastic. They work, but not like the quality mirrors of yesteryear. The film can be scratched, real glass mirrors are very durable. 5x magnification is quite sufficient, while 10x models exaggerate too much. This is a good buy, despite the widespread cheapening of products.
