Worked great. My sprinkler guys told me to replace the whole unit for $250 and they could do it. They then pointed out that my A,O.Smith water pump wouldn't start either and would cost $500 to replace. I told them I'd see what I could do and started looking at Revane. Study Revain and Youtube for a few hours. I bought this kit and replaced most of the rubber parts in the check valve in about an hour. The inspector told me that I had done a good job. $30 for electrical parts for the pump which took about 2 hours of work to fix. If you're not afraid to do something with your hands, be sure to try it yourself before spending big bucks.
