A long press of the power button (the center button with the power icon) turns the probe on and off. The keys are marked with + and - symbols above and below the power button. These buttons increase and decrease the speed. That's handy, you don't have to switch speeds completely to find the right one. You can easily increase or decrease the speed. Repeatedly pressing the power button cycles through the 8 available modes/patterns. After selecting a mode/pattern, you can use the +/- buttons to increase/decrease the speed (there are 5 speed options in total). The buttons are a little hard to find on the stick as it's built into the silicone surface. . But as soon as you turn it on, the power button lights up, so you can find it very easily to adjust modes and speed. One of the reasons the buttons are fully integrated into the silicone coating is to ensure water resistance. It is waterproof to IPX7, which means it can be submerged up to 3 meters under water for 30 minutes without leaks or water damage. This is an excellent, first-class waterproof rating. You can safely use it in the shower or bath. The bottom of the wand has two metal contacts. These are magnetic contacts for charging. This is a magnetically secure system that does not require an open port. It also offers water resistance. I could not find any information about the power rating or the battery capacity. However, it takes 2.5 hours to fully charge a dead battery. This results in up to 90 minutes of working time. I find this to be a poor balance between loading and operating times. However, 90 minutes should be more than enough for a range of treatments. The massage/vibration head conforms to product specifications. Its design and performance fully live up to expectations. Accordingly, it receives a rating of 4.5 to 4.75 stars with a high recommendation.
