Great customer communication tool: Callbell Security

The best thing about this product is that it has been very easy to implement and use. It's also fairly affordable for small businesses, which I like. We've used it primarily as a way to communicate with customers who are in our queue. It's helped us stay organized, and we can see when someone's waiting and how long they're waiting. In terms of features, there isn't much I dislike. If you're looking for a simple solution to keep your customers informed, this may be what you need. We have used it to communicate with customers who are waiting for appointments. It helps us keep track of their information, while allowing them to see when they'll next be seen by a technician.

  • It also allows us to communicate with our customers without being too invasive
Cons
  • I dislike that the system doesn't automatically send messages to customers when they've been scheduled for an appointment
