Found this good deal on Amazon to make a smart switch for my fan/light and dimmer. It helps me to switch the fan and light with my phone. The application is very easy to use and offers many functions for automation. Schedule the lights and turn them on anytime, anywhere. Installation is not difficult if you have wiring experience. The tricky part for older homes is the neutral wire and the ground wire. Finding the lead wire is easy as the light and fan touch this wire. If you have an older home you can call an electrician but that can get expensive as they only need to run wires to make it work. For new homeowners it is exactly as advertised. Just make sure you turn off the power using the switch panel. In general, I have no problems with this item. I love it and works as I hope. I give you the highest score.
