I have already bought 4 pieces. It's unheard of to me, but it's awesome! I bought 1 for our high traffic bathroom to test. The batteries are still working, they were installed in November 2018. This dispenser is used very frequently. The reason I wanted to try this was because I bought some expensive ceramic pump dispensers at art events just to have the plastic pump pop out of a glass soap case. Also, a small plastic pump will always look dirty because you're pumping it with dirty hands! Yes! This automatic dispenser negates all that. You place your hand under the spout and the soap magically falls into your palm! You'll have to do this a few times when you first fill it up, and you'll have to adjust the amount of soap you want to dispense, so what. I added 2 to our main bathroom sink and now to the kitchen sink. I have always used a flush pump. Why!?!?I would have to keep filling it through the funnel and trying to look under the sink to see how full this bottle is to keep it from overflowing into my cupboard. Now I come out of the garden, put my hand under the new dispenser and. Soap! No fuss, no fuss! I might buy another one for hand sanitizer. I'm just saying.
