I have nothing bad to say about these mounts. They are well built, come with screws, gaskets, wrenches and even a magnetic leveler! I am very happy with my purchase. I was even able to set up 2 monitors side by side (see picture). I was concerned about build quality (assembly) anomalies that might affect my efforts to mount these 27 inch monitors side by side. No problem. FYI, my mounts were a bit stiff. I do not mind. I prefer them tight to loose. I haven't tried to solve them, but I assume you can with the right tool. What I found interesting is that you can loosen the screw on the plate that connects to the ball on the mount. I can rotate the monitor vertically with it, great! I read a few reviews that said no. I don't know why they said that. I loosened the screw a bit so I could rotate the monitors if I wanted, but also left it stiff enough to hold the monitors in the desired positions. It was the only thing I wanted but I didn't think I would get it with the purchase and was very surprised! Finally, I don't know why people say you can't mount monitors on drywall. I have some heavy duty 1/4" Toggler Snaptoggle screws. They are rated for 265 pounds on 1/2 thick drywall (I took that off to measure. I put 3 in each mount (each monitor and mount weighs about 15 I don't plan on moving my monitors around much, so I can't comment on how the pulling and pushing (over time) can wear down the drywall, but I do moved them during installation and they were snug against the wall.. as a precaution if i want to move my arms i will probably hold the mount to reduce the push/pull pressure i think i am getting don't need it, but caution is no big deal you won't be disappointed!
