The headset sounds great and I can hear clearly. The mute and volume buttons also work perfectly. I use it to play PC games with TeamSpeak. The problem with this headset is the fit. I don't have a very big head and this thing is so tight it gives me a headache after 5 minutes of use. Someone showed where you can stretch it really far and not break it. I've tried and you have to do it every time because the next day it's tight again and the next day and the next. It breaks after a while, just like mine. A bit of tape and I'm back in business, and while it no longer squeezes my head, it's uncomfortable now because of the ball of tape. At work I use a metal headband headset which is comfortable all day. If you have a baby-sized head, this might work for you. I'll use it until I find something else.
