The previous version uses a SD Card or a USB drive and captures the ENTIRE file. This version captures files in 2gb segments requiring another software App to merge all files segments into one file, which results in a 5gb file once all files are merged. This output merged file could be larger based upon the number of 2gb file segments. Why can't new and improved be just that?
