Great customer service & knowledge base
The best thing about AC is that it gives you great customer support even if your question seems simple or silly! They will go above & beyond for their customers by providing help with anything from troubleshooting computers/hardware issues etc.. I really can't think bad things here because they've been very helpful when needed over all my years working there (which has only just started). If this were an option before purchasing our new server - would definitely recommend them as well!! Their sales staff knows what's up but also how much knowledge each person within the organization possesses which makes communication easy during any inquiry process whether online via chat / email / phone call ect...
Pros
- There service department goes out to ensure everything works properly, both initially set up then again periodically throughout life cycle; not every shop provides such attentive technical assistance.
- The level in professionalism among employees at various levels including supervisors down through hourly paid labor who consistently meet expectations without fail
