I found the quality of this product to be satisfactory. I expected big and full pillows. These pillows are flat, don't hold their shape and are definitely not hotel quality. Perhaps my expectation was not justified. I bought these pillows to fill my decorative king size robes, not to sleep on. But they are not suitable for one or the other. They are 6 to 8 inches close to completely filling the imitation and due to their inability to hold their shape, the imitation lies flat and looks silly. I fluffed by hand as suggested and when that wasn't to my satisfaction I put it in the dryer as suggested. But neither of the one nor the other results in anything for my taste. If you like a traditional feather pillow that sinks flat when you sleep or folds easily, then this may be the product for you. But other than that, it doesn't really matter.
