Review on πŸ‘• Ultimate Comfort and Flexibility: Danbury Men's Comfort Stretch Braided by Eli Saumell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice belt, low wear resistance

I had 3 of these belts, 2 brown and 1 black. The newer Braun looks updated compared to the one I bought a few years ago. It looks great when new. The solid end that the buckle attaches to lasts longer than other braided straps I've had. The elasticity of the belt makes it more comfortable than most leather belts. But after a few months of daily use, all mine started to stretch a bit. I need to switch to a new belt brand even though I haven't lost any weight. I had problems with both of my brown belts. I rarely wear black, but I expect that will happen. After about a year, the thread on the hard leather end begins to fail and tear. One of them ended up looking like the user uploaded a photo to the homepage. Another strap broke where the seam holds one of the elastic cords. I was able to secure the second strap with strong padding thread, the first strap wasn't worth the trouble. Overall this is a good belt but don't expect it to last more than a year with daily use.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Almost everything is available
