I bought 3 pairs, size XL for my husband, 197lbs, a bit big and long, size L might be perfect for him - M for me, size 5.3, Weight 118 lbs , tall and a bit long, I tried my son's size S, it fits me perfectly - S for my son, she is 110 lbs, too long, but we just fold it inside. They are very comfortable, I like the material, even if they are us big, it doesn't bother me at all. They are meant for family photos and would definitely recommend these comfy underwear for sleeping.
