I like this bag - well made, good leather. I would advise you to order Bickmore Bick 4 Leather Conditioner 16 oz at the same time - the best since 1882 - cleaner and conditioner - to restore shine and protect any treated smooth leather (or at least another conditioner). In my experience, the skin was very, very dry and tight. If the leather is not treated, every small scratch will leave indelible marks. It will also be prone to cracking and delamination. I applied 5 or 6 coats of conditioner over the course of 5 hours and my skin soaked it up. After about a week - two more layers, and the skin became soft and supple. If I scratch it now, it's barely noticeable. Note: The bag is manufactured and assembled in India, not in the United States of America. In general - very satisfied. Good quality leather. Heavy duty strap. Very good (not outstanding, but tight) craftsmanship. gear
