When I first bought a touch monitor, it worked once. The next day it doesn't work properly. I contacted the support team and they offered solutions in a timely manner. They ended up sending a replacement monitor as the suggested solutions didn't work. The replacement monitor I received now works great with my Samsung phone! I mainly use it with the Samsung Darex feature, which shows me how to use one app on my phone and another app on the monitor. Great for multitasking. I can turn off the Samsung Darex and bring the phone to the monitor if I want. The picture quality is clear and bright. The best part of the monitor is the touch functionality. The customer service received is one of the main reasons I will consider purchasing their products in the future.
