Very happy customer, would recommend!

The best thing about grid scale was that it works with our existing systems which allowed us to use familiar tools and integrate their functionality within ours rather than have two separate applications running in parallel. It's not open source but this isn't necessarily an issue as far as I'm concerned unless you need specific features unavailable at no cost from any other vendor or provider of software. We were able to leverage what we already had without having to purchase new equipment/hardware - just by using a cloud solution for data management/storage.

Pros

Easy application deployment.
This is especially important when working remotely! If there are issues connecting then work can be easily rerouted via VPN if needed until resolution occurs; ) Very fast response times during network outages due primarily because everything runs locally through your own personal computer(s) / device instead relying upon external resources such has internet service providers' servers etc

Cons
