Well packaged and excellent quality. Easily connect and maintain a stable connection with no audio dropouts. However, the sound quality falls short of my expectations. When I got a pair from Revain, I compared them to some of my favorite headphones and in-ears and found the RX to be very boomy at low frequencies and lacking in detail at high frequencies. I contacted Multited directly and received an immediate response from Mary. She immediately sent a replacement and I received it in three days. the replacement sounded better, but still too bass-heavy and lacking midrange presence for my taste. Overall, great customer support and a great product for the price if you're not too picky about sound quality. The earbuds easily detach from the case, and the case is durable and can be used to charge your phone when you really have no other options.
