Unfortunately, the product is not very effective when the dual monitor stand is used with the Acer R240HY. I am using an Acer Predator (24" Vesa mount) with an Acer R240HY (23.8" non-Vesa mount) on a dual monitor stand. The bracket allows me to adjust the acer R240HY to my dual monitor stand, but unfortunately the height of the two monitors becomes uneven. Unfortunately, my dual monitor stand doesn't allow me to adjust the height of each individual monitor, so there's no way to fix this. This probably isn't such an issue if you have two Acer R240HYs (or a monitor stand).
