Doesn't look like anyone else makes VESA mounts for the monitors I bought them for (Acer SA230). This company is almost the only one that makes them (at a pretty reasonable price) and they still charge more for this VESA mount than a big screen TV wall mount (and you get a better value TV mount -Relationship). I bought this for my old Acer h236hl monitor because it was cheaper than buying a new VESA compatible monitor for my dual monitor setup. It does what it's supposed to do and attaches securely enough that my monitor doesn't move once attached. Unfortunately, the product is not very effective when the dual monitor stand is used with the Acer R240HY. I am using an Acer Predator (24" Vesa mount) with an Acer R240HY (23.8" non-Vesa mount) on a dual monitor stand. The bracket allows me to adjust the acer R240HY to my dual monitor stand, but unfortunately the height of the two monitors becomes uneven. I have an Acer SA230/230bi which is not a VESA capable monitor so I'm trying to select/find an adapter that fits my monitor can twist it on my arm, it's a pain. (I bought a MOUNTUP single monitor desk mount and then realized my Acer LCD isn't VESA compliant and I need a goddamn adapter.) Play with it and I'm glad I did! It fits the monitor perfectly and sits firmly on the swivel mount, and it's a nice heavyweight well built adapter!

I am very satisfied with this VESA adapter. Unfortunately, as with most premium products, it's a bit pricey for what it does/does. However, IMHO this is the only viable alternative for a clean and professional looking install. If like me you are wondering whether you should buy a Humancentric adapter or a Gladiator adapter for H236HL, I'll say it loud and clear, get this Gladiator. fits my H236HL although it says so on their website. I tried so hard my monitor nearly broke and I still couldn't insert the Humancentric adapter properly (no "click"). I have two Gladiator Joe VESA arm adapters (Model # GJ0A0055) for use with two Acer G227HQL Abi 21.5 inch monitors. The overall quality is good and the fit is great.
