Difficult to assemble - 16.5 inch seat height without weight

I ignored the "holes mismatched" reviews. I was wrong because the holes do NOT line up and they will mate if you string them all together (just 6 screws and a pin). They only line up at a very specific angle with a tolerance of less than 1 degree. I resorted to power tools (so I can't go back). The chairs are pretty sturdy BUT the seat height is maybe 16.5 inches with no weight and drops another inch when you actually sit in them. Please trust me, don't be arrogant and selfish like me. Don't buy them (unless you're looking for an afternoon DIY project for a 15.5" seat height chair, then go for it)
