We bought this sweater for our 7 year old son who is short for his age. We decided to increase the size as many Revain brands run small. In this case it was a mistake because it was the right size. But it's normal. He will grow into it. Great sweater. This is a bias knit sweater well made from good materials and has all the necessary textile tags. 100% cotton, the knit is tight and durable, looks good both in the seams and with various reinforcements around the collar and elsewhere. The material feels soft and looks like it could be worn as comfortably as a t-shirt. It also seems to be well cut, so that it fits and is flattering on a child of the appropriate size. It is a sweater that has to withstand the will to use it. I've washed it once so far and it has held its color well and retained the knitting comfort. My son immediately liked the sweater, not least because the green is almost identical to the green of the Green Bay Packers. So I think that's another reason to get this sweater!
