Review on Application Consulting Group by Tio Kotaki

I like that they have been able to understand our needs, implement them quickly with little fuss or disruption of business as usual for us! They are very flexible which is great when you need something done fast but also want it delivered well - no problems there at all from my experience so far!! The only thing i dislike about ACG was their initial price quote (which seemed high) however this has now dropped significantly since then and we're still saving money compared to other quotes received elsewhere. We've had some minor issues here & there where things didn't work quite how expected/wanted initially but these were dealt w fairly swiftly by customer service team who took ownership without any hassle whatsoever.
