After the pandemic, we used non-ergonomic effects to remind us to remember perfect posture and support the spine - and were amazed at how easy it was to use is walking around the house and in the area. Velcro straps make it easy to adjust between users and look like backpack straps from the front. We are not health professionals but complaints of back pain and discomfort went away quickly - a win!
