I got the 42DDD and was surprised how comfortable the bra is and keeps it’s support. The cup material is not stretchy, which helps keep your shape. The one I got is not a sports bra, so I would not run in it at my size. I think they may sell a sports bra if you need one. I’ve always worn bras with the underwire, so finding a wireless bra that it comfortable and gives support really changed things. I don’t have wires poking me or worry about the wire breaking. This bra is wireless, easy to travel with since it doesn’t take up a lot of space and I throw it in the washing machine and dryer. Less expensive than bras I get at the store. I bought a second one and will be buying a couple more. I decided to try their bras after I purchased some of their underwear for my daughter and myself. The underwear is soft and really comfortable.
