Review on MODUODUO Submersible Thermostat Saltwater Freshwater by Josue Wallsmith

The thermometer is great as shown and does a good job of keeping my 20 gallon tank at the right temperature for my aquatic frogs. HOWEVER (there's always a catch that doesn't exist) to set the temp you're going to get red on top (easy enough) except mine does NOT want to rotate easily. I don't know if it's just mine or all of them to be honest but I can't turn it by hand and have to use tongs which then introduces bacteria and possibly chemicals from the tongs into my tank. My frogs are my children and I was afraid to take the warming device out of the water to set it up because I don't know what would happen if I took it out of the water and turned it on. I only had to adjust the temp the first day or two until I got it where I needed it and haven't (thankfully) had to adjust it since. It's worth the price, I'd still recommend it, but be aware you may need to use something to raise or lower the temperature. I wish it was a little shorter as the trimmings get in the way, but it works and does what I need with no issues.
