Review on Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Wireless Speaker - Nylon (Old Model): Enhanced Audio Experience on-the-go by Minoru Taguchi ᠌

There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

I use the second month. Bought after reading good reviews. I wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone - to sound the daily fuss in the kitchen, and also to take it with me on bike rides so as not to get bored during the stops for beer. I use a simple Sony player + lace. I also tried to connect an iPhone, but there is a real problem with the sound. what happened in real life: the column does not detect any extra-bass, which is good. but its sound is good only for the mini-farts format, and any more or less decent stereo source with two speakers spaced at least 20cm apart removes this bose completely. as a result, it is not possible to sound the washing of dishes in the kitchen with this stray - it either “yells” so that the ears crackle, or it is not heard over the noise of water from the tap and other small kitchen noises. ((but in the forest park, where I go to exercise, bose turned out to be unexpectedly good: I put it there on a wooden bench (without a back) and it sounds quite tolerably like a clearing of 5x5 meters. the loudspeaker bursts in volume and yells at the whole forest. somewhat breaks off the lack of understanding at what volume the speaker is set at this particular moment (there is no indicator on this score), and breaks off the lack of a normal hard plastic case, so that you put it, slammed it, threw it into your bag and went, without fear that right now what something to crush, or scratch. Of course, I fitted a lady's handbag made of thick leatherette, but I sincerely do not understand how difficult it was for the manufacturer to supply the device with a cheap plastic case.

Pros
  • not the worst sound for fart format
Cons
  • so-so sound when used indoors, no volume indicator, no carrying case
