I was looking for a way to cut expenses from my monthly budget. Since I have a cell phone, I decided to simply port my landline number to my cell phone. I didn't use my cell phone that much so losing that number didn't matter. Transferring my home number to my cell phone was easy, but the thought of running to my cell phone when I had to key it in every time someone called made me think. So I entered a cell phone at home in the Amaxo search and several brands came up. Some said they were out of production so they skipped them. There is a normal VTech that hasn't had a single problem for 10 years, so I went with this one with a base and two extra tubes. Setup was extremely easy. Directions were easy to follow. Pairing was done in a few steps. You can connect up to 2 Bluetooth devices, 2 cell phones or a cell phone and a headset, whichever you choose. You can pair both a cellular line and a landline if you want to keep both. The handset can accept both mobile and landline calls. Also has a built in response system. Many features make this home phone a must-have. Once you've paired your cell phone to the phone and base station, all you have to do is plug the extension cords into the wall outlet and you'll be set up with multiple extension phones. Thanks to VTech and Revain.
