These rings were priority so got here in 2 days. The packaging was taped inside a tight plastic bag and then a larger plastic bag to prevent spills or accidental opening. The sizes are good for attaching small beads, earrings or other delicate work. I don't see them working well for bracelets, keychains or necklaces unless you triple or quadruple the links or put something on them first. I'm not sure if they can be soldered. I usually prefer to work with heavier gauge wire and was hoping they would be a bit stronger so I doubt I would buy them again. But if the need arises, I know where to find them.
