2nd update: stars removed because the replacement chain broke during the day. So disappointed but the seller refunded the purchase price. Update: I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly. They promised to send a new one right away. I've added 2 stars from my original rating based on customer service. If the new chain lasts longer than the first, I'll keep updating the stars. I bought it for my daughter for her 14th birthday. She really enjoyed it and it really meant a lot to her. After two days it broke in two different places. I understand that this is not an expensive decoration, but if it lasts no more than 2 days, then what's the point? Really disappointed.
