You did not deliver what you ordered. The backpack is great, everything else is very different and less cute and less useful. What should have been a really cute shoulder bag was just a smaller than normal reusable bag with velcro instead of zipper, no pockets and no long strap. The pencil case is a plain black pencil case, much smaller than the picture without the cute cat. There are no drawstring pouches at all. There is a larger pencil case that just has the word 'cat' printed on it and it literally has a totally useless and unattractive rope strap for no reason as the case is too small and ugly to be used for anything. I'm so disappointed in this.
