Basic Witch Hats best in my review
These were perfect for the price. Used the hats to hang on fishing line from front porch ceiling as decoration and they work great. They are very lightweight and simple construction. One of mine had markings on it that may have been on the bolt of fabric. Since I am using them outside, and it's not that noticeable, they are fine. If I had 6 people planning to wear them, that one would have been a disappointment for me. For the price, I am happy.
- These ran a little small for young adult girls heads but we made them work.
- The hats may not fit securely or comfortably on all head sizes or shapes, causing discomfort or slippage during wear
