Other reviews of the narrow/uncomfortable heel are somewhat accurate but the break in period needs to be taken into account. Yes, heels will pinch you the first time you wear them, but you can break in your shoes by wearing them around the house with thick socks. Once these shoes have adapted to your feet, they become very comfortable thanks to the excellent cushioning. If you want to wear sneakers out of the box, I would say no to that. If you're willing to be patient, you'll be rewarded in the form of gaps. I would definitely buy them again.
