I've bought these suction cups TWICE and both times they haven't worked for me for 2 months! I bought these suction cups to replace the old ones from the same brand where the turtle is heated. I had a bathing area for about a year when the suction cups really started to fail. I bought them to replace the old ones. First, it's frustrating that the platform needs 6 suction cups and this kit only needs 4. Second, the new suction cups only lasted about 2 months, after which they stopped working and turned white. Some of them are even turned on their side so they don't suckle at all. I bought another pack thinking maybe the replacement was a bad batch. The same thing happened a month later! The platform itself is great and perfect for my adult RES but the suction cups are a joke! I shouldn't be replacing those overpriced plastic parts every few months when the platform (including the original 6 suction cups) cost me $30. Complete waste!
