The expectations were as follows: "At least they should be no worse than ordinary pharmacy ones," and the expectations were not met. They had little effect on my well-being, I did not feel any particular vivacity or energy from them. Morning rises did not become easier, but it became harder to fall asleep, for half an hour every time I tossed and turned. All other things, such as an unpleasant odor or a large pill size, are present, but compared to the lack of effect, I consider them insignificant.
